Robot-assisted charging with image processing

Component handling from trucks to the point where the components are fed into the heat treatment process and back to the loading edge is largely handled by this system.

High-resolution 3D chamber systems are used to identify the position of the components, in addition to component typing, in order to remove them robotically. The components are then uniquely identified via a DMC reader and charged and data processed according to the downstream process.
